Overall Satisfaction with Keap
Infusionsoft by Keap is a great CRM for automating e-mail messages to organize our educational classes and upcoming events. It also helps us keep track of rewards points for our customers. When we get new products or price changes, it allows us to send a notification to only those individuals who are interested in that specific type of product.
- Categorizes people by tagging instead of having to add the customer to multiple lists.
- Allows for easy scheduling of messages based on either a pre-set time or an action.
- Notifies you when e-mails are no longer valid.
- Keap could be a little more clear on defining certain functions for laymen.
- Keap could use more WYSIWYG functionality.
- Keap could be more clear about what certain triggers do like how the delay timers work exactly when applied.
- We save a lot of time getting the appropriate e-mails sent to customers who are at different stages of the process.
- We save a lot on marketing budget.
- It seems to help our customer retention.
