Overall Satisfaction with Keap
We have been using Keap for several years in our company in order to assist us with automating email marketing which is very important in saving time and costs. It lets us know where our customers and potential buyers came from and has a fairly robust tool kit built right in.
- Automation which is key in saving us from headaches and having to spend extra time.
- Letting us know exactly which campaigns are more successful than others by telling us where our customers are coming from.
- Really great customer support that responds fairly quickly.
- Setting up campaigns can be quite a difficult task at first due to the complexities of the software.
- The massive learning curve is a huge undertaking and will cause your first campaigns to be underwhelming at first.
- Group texting is something that we never got to work correctly so we decided to not use it.
- Keaps camapaign builder has been a great tool for us to use and once we finally figured out how to use it made our campaigns much easier
- In the beginning, the ROI was not there for us as Keap has such a large learning curve and wanted to bring over our previous subscribers
- We increased our subscriber count by an additional 30% the first year after switching to Keap.
- Bigin by Zoho CRM, SharpSpring from Constant Contact and ActiveCampaign
Out of all the products we use I feel like Keap is the most feature-rich and most robust with the most tools out of the gate which allowed us to customize our campaigns more than ever, this also came with added difficulty in using keap which is something most businesses need to keep in mind if considering Keap.
