Overall Satisfaction with KeyMetric

We use KeyMetric to track inbound calls for our online services as well as for sales and marketing for the company. We heavily rely on the call recording and call transcription features to help audit service performance. We also use it to track marketing performance and sales engagements. KeyMetric is super easy to use, makes phone number and multi-location (remote team) call forwarding setup quick and easy, and the reports are clean and simple to understand.

I can only speak to our situation, where we use KeyMetric to track inbound calls for our online services, marketing and sales engagements and calls forward to multiple locations and agents across the country. As a smaller business, KeyMetric was easy to setup up, easy to purchase phone numbers, and all the features were automatically initiated immediately once we setup our account. I think their amazing customer support and service make it ideal for any business.
