Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

I work for an agency so we use Klaviyo with many of our clients to send email and SMS campaigns in order to scale up customer engagement and purchases with the brand. We use Klaviyo for about 8 different clients and it helps us address issues like list growth, brand awareness, pushing products, and hearing from customers.

Integrating our SMS and email programs in Klaviyo has really helped improve our eCommerce ROI as these two different platforms can work together to provide the best possible customer experience. If someone didn't open an email, Klaviyo lets you send them a test instead. This makes it easier to reach target customers without being too bothersome.

We use programs like ReCharge, Shopify, and Yotpo to integrate customer statistics and statuses with Klaviyo. It has been very simple to integrate these programs with Klaviyo.
Behavioral data, like the Smart Send Time feature that Klaviyo has, has helped us understand important information like when our customers are most likely to open an email, click on an email, as well as convert and make a purchase. This has helped us to maximize our investment in sending emails so that people will be more likely to click and convert.
Klaviyo has helped us with many aspects of the customer journey on various clients. It has definitely helped us with acquisition, retention, upsell, loyalty, etc.
We have used various other platforms besides Klaviyo, but Klaviyo is really the only one, in my experience, that has it all. Almost anything you need to do in order to maximize the customer experience, revenue, and customer participation with whatever the brand puts out, Klaviyo helps make it happen.

Scenarios that Klaviyo would be well suited to use would include when brands want to grow their newsletter lists with an on-site pop-up, segment these lists out, send out email campaigns, send out SMS campaigns, track the analytics of these campaigns with various types of statistics, and many other similar scenarios. One of the only times that Klaviyo would likely not be useful is if you want to include an embedded video or survey in an email campaign.
