Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
We do use Microsoft's in-built security features and other email security products. Still once in a while, we see some spam or phishing emails come through.
Users used to report them through our incident reporting tool and wait till the IT team respond.
After Installing Phish ER, when users are in doubt they report it through Phish ER which is very easy and quick. which in turn create a ticket in our incident management tool.
For known malicious emails, Phish ER will auto-respond. Few our team will analyze and respons
which made our engineers role easy

- i wish it can integrate with O365 and block the emails before it reached the user
