Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
For phishing awareness and training. We monitor our phishing propensity and compare it to industry trends provided by KnowBe4. We have integrated the ecosystem using the button in Outlook in order to report phishing campaigns. We have considered the training and sampled it in the past although not rolled this out to staff.

We prefer KnowBe4 from a granularity perspective as well as a simplicity perspective. I do sometimes like the Mimecast training better, but overall KnowBe4 is better for me

We definitely like the unique and country specific phishing campaigns. The campaigns we see and select are close to actually phishing scenarios that we see in the day to day operational part of our business so its useful to be able to emulate those as it add a authentic feel to the campaigns
We have limited access to the security team so our requirement is quite simple and have not delegated the training to specific staff.
As explained previously we make use of the comparison with industry peers as well as looking at specific metrics within campaigns such as who opened the emails, who reported the emails, who clicked on the links or opened attachments. Getting all of this telemetry gives us great visibility into our phishing propensity and helps us target future campains
