Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

Kofax is our choice of PDF programs for our business. We use it to transmit our business documents. Converting all our finals into PDFs. Everything from plans and blueprints to invoices and waivers. Allows us to provide seamless and clean documents that can't accidentally be edited when sent to the recipient party.

Kofax is easy to use even for our most technically challenged users
Kofax is cost effective, easy to use, and just as comparable to Adobe
We have never had a major issues with Kofax and it is our go to for PDF Readers/Programs

Inserting, extracting, combining files, converting other document types.
Occasionally a required page out of a document is missing. The page can easily be inserted into the document, then with the document assembly option allows the page to be placed exactly where it needs to be as if it was never missing. Or you can delete a page that does not need to be there just as easily.
