Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We often use Kofax Power PDF to prepare exhibits and discovery production. Everyone at my firm uses it and prefers it over competitors. It has a lot of great features and is very easy to use. It can handle complex PDFs and documents.
  • Easy to bates-stamp documents.
  • Easy to create bookmarks.
  • Easy to use.
  • The toolbar provides access to a lot of things you would need for PDFs.
  • It can sometimes take time to combine large documents.
  • Sometimes it will crash when accessing or making changes to large PDFs.
  • It would be nice if it could determine where headers and footers were and automatically change the position if it would cover some of the text on the documents.
  • It is affordable.
  • It has a lot of great features to help you with your business.
  • It is reliable and easy to navigate.
Power PDF is easy to use. If I ever have issues with something, then I can access help through the program or online. Everything is laid out well so it's easy to find the feature I am looking for. It makes it a lot easier for me to do my job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended this program to a lot of people and have told them it works great.
Kofax Power PDF works a lot better than Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. It has a lot more features than Adobe and is more reliable too. I have told people that it is better than Adobe and when they tried it, they were happy with it. I will keep recommending Kofax in the future because of my experience with it.
I have been able to get help with the program through the actual application and online. I have not attempted to contact customer service with issues I have had because I have been able to solve the problem on my own. Kofax does offer updates, which helps solve any issues I may have had.

I really like that I can add text to the PDFs when I have to. It is also really helpful to be able to convert PDFs to Word documents because it saves me a lot of time from having to retype documents myself. I like that it has a lot of features that I need so I can do my job every day.
Kofax Power PDF is great for law firms or businesses that constantly use PDF documents. It is easier to use and more reliant than Adobe PDF and has a lot more features that are very helpful. It also allows you to do more than Adobe.

8 - Kofax Power PDF is mainly used to view PDF documents at our law firm. It is also used to bates-stamp documents that are being produced. We save all of our documents as PDFs in order to cut down on paper usage. We also use the search feature for Kofax Power PDF to find specific documents, wording or information.
8 - We have found that Kofax Power PDF is very easy to use. Anyone with computer knowledge can quickly learn how to use the program. Kofax Power PDF also has a help menu in case we need help with a specific issue. Its menu is easy to understand and the icons listed at the top of the program covers most of the features you would need to use it.

I gave it a 10 rating because we strongly prefer to use Kofax Power PDF compared to other programs. It has a lot of great features that we use frequently, is easy to use, and works great. If we have any issues are trying to use a specific feature, it is easy to access the Help menu when we need it. It is used in many different ways and is worth the investment to be able to use it.
