Overall Satisfaction with Kronos Workforce Ready
We use Kronos to track employees' hours and reporting. With this, we can identify how many long hours we are paying and relate them to different projects and departments.
Pros
- Very useful for reporting and identify KPI.
- Very user-friendly and quick to get used to.
- Customized for every type of organization.
Cons
- It can be a little tricky when you have multiple users.
- Some reports could be improved.
- You can manage your projects more effectively, which will allow you to identify lacking or excessive uses of labor or long hours.
- Compared with other software, or even Excel, it gives you reliable and updated information if there are multiple users.
- For budgeting, it is also a useful tool.
Sage is very manual compared to Kronos, and the reporting features are limited, but Sage is also a good tool for medium and small business. I used Sage in a small company, and it was a good asset. Microsoft Excel now can be used with multiple users and is wonderful for small businesses that are just starting. But for multiple department companies, Kronos makes a difference.
