Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Jobs

Our organization utilizes LinkedIn jobs for the purpose of recruiting for specialty and professional positions. It allows us to connect with candidates of all levels of experience and possibly organizations we can pair with for ongoing recruitment efforts. Typically, we use LinkedIn Jobs as a secondary sourcing outlet, but it has been useful for filling specialty positions and advertising hard-to-fill jobs and events.
  • Connecting with candidates.
  • Means of tracking communication.
  • Ease of connections and relevant matches.
  • Diversity and inclusion
  • Removing candidate personal information, only provides the essentials for job qualifications.
  • Ability to create events to invite candidates from LinkedIn.
  • Candidate communication tracking
  • Candidate search
  • High-volume recruitment tools
  • Hiring multiple candidates in many different positions.
  • Advertising upcoming events in our organization.
  • Building our organizational brand.
LinkedIn Jobs is comparable to indeed in regards to communication and tools. I believe that Indeed provides a more diverse and inclusive pool of candidates by eliminating such personal information being shared with recruiters. I will consistently use LinkedIn Jobs for recruiting hard-to-fill positions and advertising upcoming events within our organization.

Do you think LinkedIn Jobs delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with LinkedIn Jobs's feature set?

Yes

Did LinkedIn Jobs live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of LinkedIn Jobs go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy LinkedIn Jobs again?

Yes

LinkedIn Jobs is well suited for easy access to candidates, getting news/posts of events out quickly, and tracking candidate communication. I feel LinkedIn Jobs is less appropriate for diverse and inclusive recruitment due to the amount of personal information that is shared with anyone seeking candidates. Instead of solely matching with qualifications, anyone is able to view the full profile.
