Overall Satisfaction with Linode

We host our CRM, marketing automation and other software tools for marketing, sales and operations.
We need international coverage.
  • Its easy to add services and resources
  • Its easy to talk to a human
  • It has reliability
  • Linode's benefit will be next year as our mail list #s go up - we will have net savings using linode to host our apps.
  • Thereafter, we will be ahead on ROI vs other, similar services over time
  • This is specifically for helping us scale up customers - and it is working.
I could not talk to anyone at all with digital ocean. I still cant turn off their billing. I hate those guys. They are good for techies - terrible for small co. owner like me that does not have techie staff on hand every day
I've called with various issues a few times - they have always found a way to help me.
The service is personable and authentic.
I feel like I can trust the guys.
You have an international presence. This will help me next year as I reach out to other countries.
Linode is reliable - thats what I need.
It has never gone down on us.

For me in a small business this fits well. We can scale up and down easily. I have a server guy to do maintenance. There is a human customer service to talk to for billing issues. It has an international footprint - so that helps us.
