Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Litmos as our LMS and upload our own content. It works well for us as our learners and customers find it easy to use.

Return on Investment

This was a game changer for us compared to what we had been doing.
This LMS is very simple to use - for everyone (including Admin).
This has positively affected our ability to deliver content to our customers as we no longer need to use in-person training (which is cost prohibitive for many).

Usability

There is ALWAYS room for improvement. If they had better technical support, it would get a higher rating from me.

Implementation Rating

Implementing this was a snap and, since we each took a piece of it, loading our content was "easy peasy!"

Articulate 360, Microsoft Teams, Workday Peakon Employee Voice

Well, I cannot speak for their own content as we use our own. But, as far as that is concerned it is very easy to use "right out of the box" and requires little set up. We have set ours up and re-set it more than once, which is tricky. My best advice is to thoroughly think through everything before you begin as the structure you adopt can be tricky to change.
