Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Litmis has been in our company for more than an year now and it's has helped us to solve various challenges within.
Firstly we have used litmos as major tool to train our staff and onboard new courses for skill development for our staff to enhanced productivity and this has worked marvelously.
As staff are concerned, they have used this tool majorly me included to check the progress and track report of their certification and enrolled courses.

Pros and Cons

Customization and branding to fit every business need is capable
Mobile and cloud learning functionality at any place or at any time.
Training resources addation by admin and resource access by learners is nefficient and effeftive
The availability of badges and reward after completion of the course.

Response time of the customer support sometime takes alot time
Cost is a hinderance to usage of this tool

Skills development to staff
Overall growth in productivity through use of skill learnt to perform various task in company
Cooperation enhancement while learning or during course attempting.

I made a choice of this tool because of great review message on internet about the advantage of litmos.
Also as cost is concerned I saw it to be favourable to me more than other which are Abit expensive.
Litmos also have intuitive user interface which made me to fall for it.

A good tool with proper user interface and ease of use. The integration to other tool is faster and with ease.

Implementation Rating

I like the support given by support staff of litmos although at sometime they take a little time to respond however they response is satisfactory.

Litmos is very suitable in areas where training can be used like cooporstr training, technology and IT training. In our company we have used this tool in IT training where we have trained our fellow staff on cyber security fields.
Also I see this tool to be prospective in field of sales and marketing where staff can know various marketing strategies through proper training.

It is like a flash, it works superbly and is productive
