Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
I use Litmus to mockup email templates for clients. It has proven invaluable in identifying issues with email layout and accessibility across various email clients and platforms. Building HTML email templates is hard because it is nearly impossible to be able to see how your email is going to display on the wide variety of clients through which your readers will be viewing the email. Litmus makes it easy to build AND test your emails. I honestly can't imagine going back to building email templates without the tools Litmus provides. Definitely recommend their service.

- The (new) visual editor could be more robust.
- It would be nice if you could click on a section in the visual editor and have the code editor orient to that section.
- It's still hard to diagnose issues. More diagnostic tools would be helpful.

I don't work with the marketing end of this so I can't speak to this.
Yes, we have used the sharing and testing features extensively and they are real time-savers. We could probably be doing a lot more with this tool for the email approval workflow.
