Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use Litmus for coding our emails, running email previews, and tracking engagement from subscribers. The tool is awesome and miles above any other HTML coding tool I've used In the past. It solves many problems for our team, the biggest of which is showing our emails will display on a variety of email clients, screens, etc. Additionally, the tool provides a higher level of insight into engagement metrics, allowing us to run more informed tests on our email designs.

Would love to see this integration go to the next level, with Litmus recognizing and supporting AMPscript in emails. Right now, we have to code a generic email in Litmus before syncing it to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, when syncing with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the design is always a template rather than an actual message.
It has allowed us to determine where our subscribers are reading our emails, how long they are engaging with our emails, and have a more informed view of our emails are rendering on different email clients/screens. This has allowed us to pull back and optimize many legacy emails that were not displaying correctly for many of our subscribers, leading to more opens, clicks, and revenue.
We have not used this feature. We are a small scrappy marketing team, who moves fast to get things out the door. As such, the approvals flow and functionality have not been of much use to us. Would love to see Litmus integrate with image hosting platforms to allow for more centralization of design assets.
Litmus is much more user friendly and easier to work with than Email on Acid. The email previews run faster and are more accurate than the competition. That said, the price is a bit more expensive and it still doesn't replace all of our tools. Would really love to see Litmus add a beautification feature for HTML coding.
