Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
Litmus has helped us with multiple email marketing initiatives. We supplement our ESP and in-house reporting with Litmus analytics to get more in-depth engagement data. This helps us understand average engagement time, privacy-impacted opens, dark mode usage, top email clients, and more. This data has informed our CRM strategy as we continue to iterate and improve.
We also use the Test feature which allows us to partner with our QA team to test the emails efficiently and across many more email clients than we could otherwise do manually. We've been able to optimize our templates more easily with the Litmus test feature.
Over, Litmus is a great value for the money, and I will continue using it at this company and any organization I'm a part of.

- The biggest impact has been streamlining our QA process and making it much less manual, saving time for both Growth Marketing and QA.
- The other primary impact for our team has been more detailed engagement reporting, which helps inform which platforms we should optimize for.
We redesigned all our templates to default to a dark mode style because Litmus confirmed that the majority of our customers were using dark mode. We are able to control the Brand experience for our customers by designing for their preferences.
We do not use Litmus for formal review, but we do use it for QA review. This has allowed our QA team to see more client views without a cumbersome, manual process.
We did not evaluate other options, other than using the out of the box solutions within our ESP. Litmus is best in class and industry standard.
