Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

We use Litmus for:
- Client testing of emails
- QA & UAT of emails
- Stakeholder approvals of English and translated emails
  • Stakeholder approvals
  • Comment archiving
  • Easy folder structure navigation UI
  • Account support
  • Time saved not needing to manually test emails
  • Not needing to forward copies of emails for stakeholder approvals
  • Actually test emails in all relevant clients
Integrating has saved us considerable time with what were manual parts of the process in SFMC (sending test sends instead of Litmus links, etc.)
It hasn't yet - this is something that I wish we had more coaching and support on from our account manager
We use all Litmus Proof features to accelerate the timelines for QA, UAT, and translated email review/approvals. It's been a lifesaver!

Litmus is extremely well suited for teams who strive to improve workflows when building and testing emails. We have found success in every instance using Litmus!

Closer account support would help to increase the ways we use, and in turn advocate for, Litmus, including help and coaching with email analytics
