Overall Satisfaction with LiveAgent
We use LiveAgent to assist customers both for sales interactions and traditional customer service. Our company also assists customers over the phone and email so chat is another way that we can help our base.

- LiveAgent makes it much easier to obtain sales than the last program we used so we have a better ROI.

- Genesys DX (formerly bold360)
bold360 worked for our basic purposes but it was pretty bare bones. It didn't give us the option to get sales or to translate from Spanish to English and it made things a bit more difficult. LiveAgent has the features that we needed and it has many of the similar options that we also still use.
