To monitor VMWare v Cloud Directory Property Source and Data Source, HPE StoreOne Logic Module Review. Overall, the main scope of the project is to implement the security reviews, User
Access, Environment Import, Monitoring Enablement,
Visualisation, and Reporting with the assistance of LogicMonitor to deploy the software. There have been instances in the past where it has taken up a lot of manual effort to discover where the issues lie. Sometimes this has taken weeks to identify and resolve. With LogicMonitor, we have managed to identify and resolve the same issues within 2 hours, which ultimately has saved the organisation time, effort, resource,s and money.

We are currently monitoring about 1000 devices with the additional scope to outsource some to clients that will also use the platform. Our current infrastructure environment is On-Prem, Private Cloud.

The implementation and maintenance of LogicMonitor has been the easiest part of the whole partnership. We have found the implementation extremely easy and time efficient, with the project managers being well established and organised using Mavenlink.

Initially, we did not understand how much we actually needed LogicMonitor to monitor devices until we actually came to having the discovery and the implementation. Once the system was in place and working in a business as usual environment, we started to recognise many areas of improvement that we didn't before, which has led to us retiring some tools and using this as a configuration for other business needs.
