Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

There's just no downtime needed whenever you get a first hand feel of the product. Most of my teammates are new to flowcharts and with just a few minutes exploration of the product they are able to create flows on their own.
Some ideas are better explained through flowcharts, and in our case, we regularly create and revise processes detrimental to the overall operations of our business. Gone are the days when these are being discussed and shown to stakeholders through lengthy word documents and with Lucidchart it cut our discussion times in half.

  • Training time manhours are cut in half - less questions being generated whenever processes are being discussed.
We are Google Workspace-heavy organization hence to eliminate excessive switches in between different screens, a product must be integratable to Google. Lucidchart has this functionality hence it makes our lives easier as with a few clicks any new and current workflows are easily pasted to Google slide and even to MS powerpoint.
Collaboration had no issues - in fact we think it is an essential feature of Lucidchart. Gone are the days of waiting times just to get the next person to update a flow etc as easily right there and then teams can go hand in hand to create, revise, and improve flowcharts.
The interface of Lucidchart is a clear winner versus other platforms - the rest are very intimidating and very cluttered. One factor as well is that by using Lucidchart any changes are saved automatically in the cloud hence eliminating manual saving and sharing to people easily regardless of departments that they're in.

We have deployed chatbots across our markets and within these markets we have speficic POCs. With the collaborative features of Lucid Chart, teams can go together on 1 platform and instantaneously mind-map flows for chatbots.

Another example is through Lucidchart our T&Q was able to effectively conduct process trainings. Agents are able to effectively appreciate learning through visuals and not through lengthy documents.
