Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is extremely intuitive. I have also assisted in training others to use it and they were able to pick it up quickly.
Currently, Lucidchart is being used in multiple departments for process mapping. Previously, we have used it to create a stakeholder matrix as well. I am new to the organization but have used Lucidchart extensively at Boston University for my graduate degree.

  • Converting to pdf does not compromise quality.
  • I like that it saves recently used shapes and fonts.
  • Sometimes the arrows can be challenging to maneuver.

We use Google which has made it easy to share and use.
I used the support feature awhile back to help with my account. It was easy to communicate and access and help was fast.

The build is just so much easier on Lucidchart. This software is obviously made for process mapping and project proposals so its significantly easier to use and the finished product is always visually appealing.
Very useful for understanding workflows, project proposals.
