Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

As far as I know, Lucidspark is being used throughout the Nuvitek organization. The current project that I am in we use it for a number of things: brainstorming, collaboration, workflow mapping, etc. An example: myself and another developer have used it, on several occasions, to collaborate on data structure designs.
  • Collaboration.
  • Flexibility.
  • Easy to learn and use.
  • Allow for customizable workspace layout. Example: pin/un-pin shape panel and move it.
  • Support pseudocode.
  • Productive meetings.
  • Exposes process gaps.
  • Time is well spent.
The UI is clean and pretty intuitive. Missing some features like dark mode/theme and flexible tool layout.
Have not used Lucidspark integrations yet with Slack and Google Drive.
Lucidspark has greatly impacted the team; especially as a virtual whiteboard. I feel that brainstorming and collaboration has become more fruitful and enriching.
Support of Lucidspark is excellent, like the rest of Lucid's products.

Would you buy Lucidspark again?

Yes

Lucidspark is extremely powerful and easy to use. Perfect, actual use case: the team was in a meeting with the client and our PM was able to simply open up Lucidspark, start a BPMN, easily bring the client's "tribal" knowledge into a concrete document, and expose some hidden knowledge & gaps. I feel it's less appropriate to use Lucidspark to design data structures.
