Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Overall Lucidchart is generally quite easy to use. I like the touch support that Lucidchart offers on an iPad. I do most of the architectural design on an iPad, so it's important to have it support Apple Pencil. At the same time, having the ability to do almost real-time sync to the cloud makes the experience good too.
I like the ease of use that Lucidchart provides. The interface is simple and satisfies the need of my team. I'm involved in daily architectural discussions and diagraming, so having Lucidchart helps with design discussions. One thing that is particularly helpful with people like me in the software engineering field is that I can hand draw the diagrams on my iPad and sync my diagrams on the cloud. [...]. I can then present the diagrams via a laptop, which is very convenient.

We currently do not have integration with any other apps, but we are looking into integrating Lucidchart to show in our technical documentation.
I have not yet used Lucidchart support.

It is well suited for people who are doing technical architectural designs frequently. It is especially helpful with the cloud sync and backup where I could do my diagrams on an iPad yet to have it accessible on computers. One thing that I think could be improved would be the ease of placing texts.
