Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Usability of Lucidchart is amazing! It's so easy to use, even for first timers with no prior experience. There are many great templates for all different kinds of projects and they can also be easily customized to suit your needs.
Lucidchart helps us create a visual flowcharts so that new users to an organization can easily follow standard operation procedures.

  • Keeping text centered and aligned when a shape is changed
  • Provide a button to easily take the diagram from color to black and white
  • Warn users before they save over a project
  • Saves time on reading when you can use the chart instead
  • Makes it easier for employees to understand steps in procedure
  • Provides a great visual
I have not used an integration in conjunction with Lucidchart.
Support for me has been great so far. Shortly after my company purchased the product, I had a sales rep reach out to me to schedule a meeting with me for a one on one session to help me with the product and show me better ways to understand and use it.

I once tried to use Microsoft Visio and found that it wasn't very easy to do for a first timer with no prior experience creating flowcharts. What I really like about Lucidchart are all of the templates, so no matter what project you are working on, there's a starting point for you.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Authenticator, Keeper
Great for creating flowcharts and other visual diagrams, really easy to use, even for users that have no previous experience with creating diagrams. I found it way easier to use than Microsoft Visio. My first time using the platform, the flowcharts came out perfect and my manager commented on how great the work looked.
