Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is very friendly to new users. The surface design is neat enough to allow me to get started the first time I use it with almost no prior training.
Lucidchart is widely used across multiple departments in the organization. From my perspective, Lucidchart does a good job in building block flow diagram (BFD) as well as process flow diagram (PFD) reflecting the process. Overall it's fairly easy to use and it also present a clear visualization of the process we use.
  • Provide a variety of "shape" tools that are ready for use
  • Clear surface, friendly for use
  • Well organized menus
  • Provide more shapes regarding commonly used equipments
  • Lucidchart helps us share the process in BFD easily and spread the idea fast.
We use Microsoft and BambooHR. The feature that Lucidchart integrates, integrates these apps and makes it much easier to complete my daily work.
I haven't got much chance to use the support for Lucidchart.

Much more simplified and easy to use.

It is well suited for drawing process flow diagram (PFD) and block flow diagram (BFD).
