Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is being used by my business division to help create dynamic, collaborative roadmaps for project planning and execution. The ease of use coupled with its sharing tools make it ideal for this purpose. My enterprise uses the Atlassian toolset for issue tracking, documentation, and source control, and Lucidspark integrates seamlessly into that toolset.

  • Sharable on many different platforms
  • Embedding of Lucidspark content could be simplified
  • Embedded Lucidspark content should be stripped down to configurable viewing elements, such as not allowing scrolling of timelines within its own window
  • Scaling, zooming, scrolling, and size should be configurable attributes of the shared content so it can be embedded in a cleaner and more consistent way
  • Time savings in being able to present a unified roadmap in one location
  • Reduces need to re-communicate or duplicate reporting
  • Allowed for virtual sharing/collaboration, saving time and cost by minimizing meetings
I was able to begin using Lucidspark right away with little to no onboarding. The sharing tools are straightforward and support a number of different sharing types. Composing Lucidspark content was quick, and sharing was achieved with a simple click of a button. Lucidspark handles the sharing details, which makes it easy for the end user to implement.
Deep integration with Confluence allows me to share Lucidspark content both as standalone and embedded content.
I have found Lucidspark to be of a high quality and performance.
I have nothing but positive experiences using the product so far.

Lucidspark is superior to the above products.
Lucidspark is well suited for sharing project planning across a portfolio. The speed and ease in which the sharable timeline, project stats, and metrics can be composed and shared is a strong suit of the product. We typically use MS Project and/or MS Visio, which are either too feature heavy or too feature light; this made Lucidspark an ideal solution.
