Overall Satisfaction with Luminate
Luminate online has helped my organization for years to get our message out there. We have been able to reach our donors with many emails that have led to major donations or turned a sale on our site to a total win. It has been a big help for me since joining MV to have Luminate.

Recently, we had issues with Luminate communicating with our ACH provider. The cost of what we would have lost was substantial so we needed this issue resolved quickly. We reached out to our support at Luminate and he was the one to offer us our new solution to the issue (which was using a new ACH provider for all new ACH transactions and waiting for the older ACH provider to fix their issue.)
