Overall Satisfaction with Luminate

Luminate online has helped my organization for years to get our message out there. We have been able to reach our donors with many emails that have led to major donations or turned a sale on our site to a total win. It has been a big help for me since joining MV to have Luminate.

Luminate Online is great at reaching our donors by easily breaking donors into many categories to reach an appropriate audience. This allows us to focus on a proper audience every time we send out an email appeal letter. Where it becomes a little more complicated is when phantom coding sneaks in.

Using Luminate

Luminate has always been a very simple to use and excellent tool for reaching our donors. Between having the option to visually edit or edit through code, Luminate helps me to create the best message possible for reaching donors about our sales, upcoming missions, live events, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Whenever we have had an issue regarding Luminate (whether due to issues with Luminate software or Luminate integration with outside software), we will regularly reach out to support even with simple questions just to see if they have a solution or know of an issue on their end. I can count on one hand the number of times that we have received a response longer than twenty-four hours. Support is fantastic and often will take on an issue themselves or will offer a solution we may not have thought of.

Quick Initial Response
Recently, we had issues with Luminate communicating with our ACH provider. The cost of what we would have lost was substantial so we needed this issue resolved quickly. We reached out to our support at Luminate and he was the one to offer us our new solution to the issue (which was using a new ACH provider for all new ACH transactions and waiting for the older ACH provider to fix their issue.)

Using Luminate

Once you learn the Luminate system, it's quite easy to navigate. However when I first began using the system, I had to have a number of people continually walk me through and/or teach myself how to update or create in Luminate which would take me well over an hour at a time. Eventually once I learned what I was doing, updates and creating takes a matter of minutes.
