Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack

I send out many investor emails daily. Given that those I reach out to are incredibly busy people, having the peace of mind that they have received/read the email I sent is incredibly helpful. It allows me to know if I need to follow up and if there is a reason to wait for a response. I receive data every evening and enjoy being able to view how many open my emails and review the information.
  • Daily Data - emails regarding how many emails sent, opened/unopened
  • Immediate feedback knowing if the email was delivered
  • Simple logos allowing for me to scroll through emails and know easily if there is one checkmark or two - one meaning received, two meaning opened
  • It would be great to know how much time recipients spent on each email
  • Good to know if the email was deleted
  • Perhaps some guidance on suggestions for subject lines with more opens
  • Knowing when to follow up
  • Knowing if I need to edit my subject
  • Allowing me to be persistent. Have had more success with follow-ups.
They are great but really focused on blasting out emails.
I never really had to use it. All of the information was pretty self-explanatory.
So simple and easy to use. Never really had any need for questions.

Well suited for those who cold email or need to track if their emails are opened. Also great for if you email one by one vs blasting emails. Most blasts have data sets associated with them, but if you cater specific emails to recipients, this is a great tool and super helpful. So in sum, great for individual emails, less necessary for large blasts.
