Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
Mailtrack is used by account managers who are in contact with clients (including myself). Since we are only using the free version, Mailtrack mainly helps us track if our emails were read or not. We do not necessarily need it for our internal communication.
- Tracks if emails were opened.
- Tracks how many times emails were read.
- Notifies when emails were not opened at all.
- The free version is very limited.
- Sometimes, it does not work on phones.
- It should be able to define who opened the email in case it was sent to many people.
- None for now
I haven't used any similar product.
