Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We use Marketo for all of our newsletters, emails, offline and online events/webinars and customer communications. It manages all of our subscription lists and data segmentations.
- Best user interface of any automation platform I've used.
- Constantly adding new features; responding to user requests for improvement and taking action around them.
- Needs better event management - streamline messages, limit registrations, etc.
- Data flows can run one path, not break into multiple paths of if/then
- Better tracking. The sync to Salesforce and APIs with Event Platforms requires zero interaction to update an attendee
- Without proper policing, can open a lot of potential to spam for non-automation-friendly marketers.
- Oracle Marketing Cloud - Oracle Cross Channel Marketing to Businesses (Eloqua), Aprimo and SAP
Much more user friendly than any other platform. Is less superior in list building, but can handle most any query (Aprimo). Very robust in accommodating most scenarios, although improvement to event management is needed.
