- Very helpful customer community with quick response times
- Support is friendly and willing to help, but is not very efficient in troubleshooting
- The interface is consistent across products/modules
- Syncs easily with Salesforce
- They make changes to the interface/programs and do not properly distribute this information prior to release
- Support, while friendly, is not efficient and does not resolve issues quickly or fully
