Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We have adopted Marketo across our Sales/Marketing department. It has tremendously helped us in our business development efforts. We are able to boost inbound inquiries through it and make our outbound efforts very effective using the insights we receive. It is a necessity for a medium to large enterprise to have a Marketing platform in place and Marketo is the best in the space. Adoption of Marketo has helped us a lot across the sales and marketing spectrum. Our lead management has been effective, our campaigns are having higher conversion ratios, we have a flow of inbound queries and, finally, our Sales team is able to move to the right prospect at the right time and drive revenue.

Marketo is a complete package for the medium/large enterprise. You have all the features/functionality needed to support your sales-marketing initiatives. The support team at Marketo is commendable and can help you a lot with their suggestions/advice and support your requirement or feature request. I must say Marketo is way ahead than its competitor.
Marketo is best for medium and large enterprise as there are many products that can serve the need for small companies. Marketo is capable of handling large data and ensuring functionality. We used Marketo to improve our lead management process since we were not able to capitalize well on our inquiries. Our intensive campaign was more disciplined and automated. Marketing was able to provide insights derived from data rather than judgment.
