We use Marketo to facilitate the journey from prospect to a prospect engaged with our sales team. We also use it to manage the customer journey with adoption communications and nurtures.
- The smart list feature is an intuitive tool to identify target segments and ensure that action steps affect the right individuals.
- Its integration into Salesforce helps with our attribution model in our bookings report.
- I would like to see a good UI that shows the defined audience segments communication calendars, as well as something that better navigates the trigger campaign interactions that result from setting up new program interaction points.
