Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
My company uses Marketo to create and manage our email marketing. We also use it to manage and track webinars, events, and announcements to clients and non-clients. We integrate with Salesforce to track contact activity, and it helps to manage where contacts are at in their relationship lifecycle with us so that we can act appropriately with our leads.

Overall, we are trying to increase sales and drive new sales. We use it for marketing campaign outreach to secure new business with non-clients and existing clients. It aids in allowing us to know who to contact and when, so that we are making informed decisions.
Marketo has all the same functionality as the competitors I’ve come in contact with. However, the structure of Marketo is different and easy to navigate. Access to all areas of the platform we use is simple, and we tend to see more ways of use with Marketo.
