Overall Satisfaction with Marketo
We've bought Marketo to replace our current MAP. It's being used by the entire organisation, although primarily marketing, for managing all inbound activity and executing most of our outbound activity. Automation is a big part of the reason we purchased Marketo, but there are many reasons, including integrations, ease of use, analytics, etc.

Using a combination of native or easy to build integrations with Marketo and email nurturing, our goal is to nurture and increase lead conversion, upsell and cross-sell.
Marketo is far superior to these tools and Eloqua (which it wouldn't let me select). It's easier to use, has far more flexibility and the sync with SFDC is far superior.
