Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We are using Marketo full time at our organization. We are a marketing Consulting firm and support a number of clients, most of which use Marketo as their Automation Tool.
It solves all the business problems - It is a full fledged marketing solution, flexible, quick and easy to setup
Marketo offers separate products for marketing automation, email, analytics, etc.

Marketo deals with advanced automation that Hubspot doesn't support. Lead management is a bliss with Marketo.
Reporting and Analytics is the best you can have with any other automation tool. Marketo was meant to be integrated with Salesforce, no other tool offers such a seamless integration. Obviously it is for bigger enterprises n comparison to the other softwares.

Less Appropriate -
The Pricing it offers is very complex and sometimes it becomes a havoc to deal with.
Customer Service - it doesn't have a consistent customer service
