Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Office 365

I use it as a sole proprietor. This allows me to keep all of my documents in a single location accessible from anywhere. It also syncs up with all of my devices for easy access as well. I also use it to be able to share out documents to my end users with the ability to customize how they can interact with those documents.

  • It makes security easier as patches and updates are automatic
I have never had an issue with O365 support.

I cannot think of a use case that does not work for O365. I recommend it to literally every single client I manage. It works primarily well for organizations that want to have a single pane of glass that allows for collaboration on projects and access to data from anywhere on any device.
