Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Teams
We currently use Microsoft teams as our internal communication and collaboration platform. From having team channels, to team/individual calls/meetings and notifications to integrate with other tools. It is giving us a place to easily share/store files with our team and others in the organization. It does also give us a way to have meetings internally.
- File sharing and storage
- Organized channels/chats
- Small group/team video meetings
- Larger team meetings and events (audio/video quality isnt the best and not user friendly)
- When creating a teams channel, it should have a check to make sure another distribution list or email isn't already created with the same name
- More levels of access so changes aren't dependent on overall admins
- Teams Sharepoint Sites
- Internal meetings
- File sharing/collaborating
- We have to still use another source for larger meetings/events
- Helped us to easily communicate with our teams
- Ties into the rest of the Microsoft infrastructure that we use
