Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is being used by a selected few in our company who are working with service development, innovation, and workshops.

Pros

  • Collect input from large group of people quickly.
  • Visualize complex processes.
  • Online brainstorming workshops.

Cons

  • The background colour is dull.
  • The ability to change post-it sizes.
  • More visual things like pictures.
  • Quicker feedback from internal customers.
  • Quicker visualization of topics.
It was very easy to integrate, no problems with other software.
We have been able to do all f2f workshops online, which we would not have been able to do without Miro.

Teams whiteboard is another collaborative online tool but this did not allow the same amount of topics to be displayed on one screen and did not have even 1% of the features that Miro has.
Miro is well suited for online workshops, innovation workshops, collecting input from a large group of people, group work, visualizing a process, visualizing data flows. It is less appropriate when trying to get people talking and discussing topics and at the same time complete a task on the dashboard.
