Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Across the whole organisation with selective groups. It helps us to collaborate with ideas and work on group projects. Useful in meetings to share thoughts before we meet and to keep digital documentation of things. The question function is good and allows us to use it in class as knowledge checkers etc.
  • Collaboration
  • Project management
  • Communication
  • A quick how-to guide along the top would help for new users in a group session as to not waste time explaining.
  • More templates.
  • Integration with teams or zoom?
  • Improved productivity.
  • Projects completed faster.
  • Improved communication across teams.
I wasn’t involved in this but know it was recommended by a colleague who has used it before. It is quite simple to use but takes a while to have a play around and get used to it before a session.
Haven’t had much experience in this area. It was easy to start using and integrating into our sessions as was using Microsoft 365 previously.
It’s been great to interact with people who are off-site or not available at that time as they can edit the board anytime and we can review it next meeting.

  • Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) and Trello
Miro has more functions than Trello and is easy to access.
Trello, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Useful for group project work particularly where some members are still remote. Good for interactivity and collaboration. Can be difficult to manage and monitor when a large number of people are using it at one time.
