Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a tool that is available across the whole organisation at our firm, it enables us to conduct workshops with clients when solving business problems virtually. Due to COVID-19 and the requirement to work from home, Miro has provided us with the functionality to collaborate with clients as if we were in a meeting room with them.
- Templates to leverage based on the type of meeting that is being had.
- Ability for participants to collaborate in real-time with one another.
- For users without an account to still seamlessly be able to join and collaborate.
- The zoom functionality could be improved.
- Whiteboard can sometimes have latency issues when there are an increased number of participants.
- When participants are actively adding sticky notes, sometimes they accidentally move the whole whiteboard template that was set up. Would be good if as a host we could have functionality that locks components in place.
- Improved productivity of the project by leveraging templates.
- Ability to collaborate with clients successfully during COVID-19.
- Delivering positive outcomes with clients.
It has enabled our company which works with clients on projects to be able to continue effectively collaborating together, especially with whiteboard sessions. Without Miro, our organisation would have struggled to reach the business outcomes we would've liked to achieve with our clients. Whilst it still would have been possible without Miro, it would've taken longer without the tools and functionality that Miro provides and the user experience would be poorer.
