Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for workshops, brainstorming, and retros. We name the different sections of the board suitable for the meeting. Then ask the participants to put sticky notes in the relevant section of the board. Participants also use emojis to react to each other's sticky notes. Emojis show how many people find the note relatable. When we have several stickies on similar topics we group them together. After observing the number of emojis and similar topic stickies, we decide what topics to give priority to first.
  • Enables collaboration in an organized way.
  • One person's notes inspires others to write down something.
  • Creates a more open and casual environment than a meeting with slide deck.
  • (Anonymous) voting for the notes on the board.
  • Improved productivity[.]
  • Improved collaboration[.]
  • Improved open conversation[.]
I'm pretty satisfied and don't have a problem[.]
People find it easy to use or we can explain it to new colleagues in a couple of easy sentences.
Yes. We use it not only during the meetings but also to leave notes when we think of something so our colleagues can find our notes on the board next time.
