Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used Miro to collaborate on diagrams that couldn't easily be built on other tools. For example, we wanted to design a simple workflow for our sales process, and user journeys that our customers could take. Miro was the perfect drawing board for us to put our thoughts on paper and easily make changes based on feedback.
  • Easy to use UI
  • Very fast and responsive
  • Collaboration tools are great.
  • Text labels - icons are sometimes confusing.
  • More tailored free plan for casual users (limit functionality not # of boards).
  • Ability to integrate with other tools.
  • Improved efficiency
I don't have too much experience with a full implementation of Miro so I cannot comment on this.
Unsure - I didn't have to integrate Miro with anything.
It has been very helpful. Internally we are moving from file storage tools to things like Google Drive for real-time collaboration and Miro fits into that bucket of software as well.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

We used Miro more for its easy diagramming capabilities than its collaboration features. Miro is well suited for creating diagrams like IT architecture drawings, flowcharts, or system diagrams. It is also helpful for teams to come together and work on an idea together. However, if I was working on a slide or text, I wouldn't pick Miro over other tools.
