Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to project projects that we are planning to start, to program tickets for projects that are in court, and for brainstorming sessions. The Business problems are related to pharma projects in the Research and Development scope and we address problems in data ingestion (image/text/time series) and how this data can be analyzed and consumed to create AI products.
  • Create plots to make the Architecture of a project
  • Create team VIsion mindmaps
  • Share diagrams throw all the team
  • Engage people in contributing their ideas
  • It has some lags when collaborating with people
  • More pre-set images are needed
  • Share boards
  • Augmented productivity in brainstorming
  • Quicker way to structure projects in an agile enviroment
  • Improved our communication skills throw a better understanding of the project
I think that the visual implementation is suitable for a big range of users that include the problematics of different roles in the organization. A good understanding of the web-based model has been done to fully get involved in the project. A better implementation when importing images should be done and when copying and pasting links there is a strange way of showing them.
There is a good integration with Jira but we do not fully use it due to the problematics of admin rights needed in big organizations to make this integration. Nevertheless, I think that the work that has been done is good and in a good direction allowing big organizations to work with these tools and take full advantage of them.
Having teams in different parts of the world, we needed a tool that was flexible enough to allow both quick changes and easiness to develop new project ideas and go into the smallest detail of them. In these areas Miro is perfect and we are very happy with the tool.

Miro is great when creating new projects and making diagrams to be shared throw all the team. It's great for agile development and gives a lot of freedom to share your ideas and increase productivity. It's hard to make the first engagement with Miro but when you fully start it's easy to see results.
