Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to project projects that we are planning to start, to program tickets for projects that are in court, and for brainstorming sessions. The Business problems are related to pharma projects in the Research and Development scope and we address problems in data ingestion (image/text/time series) and how this data can be analyzed and consumed to create AI products.
Pros
- Create plots to make the Architecture of a project
- Create team VIsion mindmaps
- Share diagrams throw all the team
- Engage people in contributing their ideas
Cons
- It has some lags when collaborating with people
- More pre-set images are needed
- Share boards
- Augmented productivity in brainstorming
- Quicker way to structure projects in an agile enviroment
- Improved our communication skills throw a better understanding of the project
Having teams in different parts of the world, we needed a tool that was flexible enough to allow both quick changes and easiness to develop new project ideas and go into the smallest detail of them. In these areas Miro is perfect and we are very happy with the tool.
