Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for team collaboration and documenting Sprint ceremonies. This allows for simultaneous info sharing and equity in the team thinking as some members are quiet but are willing to share on a whiteboard. It is also a time saver since everyone can write on the board at the same time.
  • Interactive.
  • Ease of use.
  • Moving around the board.
  • Zooming seems random.
  • Not a workflow tool for Project Management.
  • Allows collaboration among remote team members.
Great for remote team collaboration, especially the "quiet" members. Also good for asynchronous collaboration where the team can post their updates on their own schedule. Getting teams to actually access and update without actual meetings can be challenging, would be nice to have a notification reminder.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Yes, for collaboration and visual presentation.
But not the right workflow tool for project management. Have not found a workflow, scheduling, and dependencies functionality where work is automatically linked to each other. Also, moving around the board can be confusing if it gets large with many details.
