Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use it for collaboration with teams. Usually as a shared space for working on projects for class or with my research team. I also use it for the personal organization of my larger class projects and class notes. As far as business problems, not much, but it does solve the issue of hybrid working with multiple collaborative teams in a shared space. We can’t just leave sticky notes up everywhere and need access to our information anywhere.
  • Aesthetics (colors,fonts, clean)
  • Intuitive
  • Has frameworks you can adapt
  • More graphic editing abilities
  • Vector editing abilities
  • Less restrictions on student accounts
  • Allowed for streamlined collaboration
  • Increased record keeping which made for better insights
  • Visual format led to higher accessibility for different kinds of learners
I don’t really, maybe I don’t understand the question? Like the implementation of miro in my organization overall? Or my personal implementation on my team? Or how does Miro rolls out implementation to individual users through the initiation? my team didn’t really implement it, most people had already used Miro before coming to school.
I also don’t really understand this question. Integration…with other apps? Integration as in how I integrate it with my workflow? I gave a 7 because not everyone likes using Miro, and enjoys online collaboration which makes it harder to integrate into workflows. I usually make a Miro board for each project but not everyone likes to use it.
Yeah, it’s really impacted our ability to collaborate. Our year started out hybrid and a lot of our meetings take place virtually. It’s a way for us to keep track of information when we can’t collaborate in person, and also to record what is talked about when we are in person. We’re collaborating between people of different backgrounds and first languages and it’s been very helpful.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

  • MURAL (formerly Mural.ly)
I don’t like mural. It feels clunky and not as intuitive and was really hard to use for me. Miro is more aesthetically pleasing and feels easier to use. It seems in our group like some people love mural and hate miro and vice versa. I personally love miro but that’s just me.
If you need to collaborate with a group of people and might not be in the same place at the same time throughout the duration of the project. Also if you need a way to visually record notes and organize information in a way that is consistent.
