Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for various innovation and research projects in many ways; particularly in the WFH/hybrid environment for working on data/information, ideating, keeping track of progress and ie. tests.
Miro works well for sessions together with the team and for visualising the results of ie. analysis or test assynchronously. However, I continuously have issues with the pointer and hand functions (leading to not being able to move the screen or grabbing and moving things unintentionally).

- templates
- timekeeping
- fairly quick to learn to new people
- grabbing things and moving them unintentionally
- no easy way to return to scrolling the screen from tool use (or it isn't intuitive)
- improved productivity
- team alignment
We've been able to share ideas and visualize topics quickly while working remotely. Definitely an asset. Also, easier to keep track of the work as it's digitally saved.
