Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I’ve been using Miro for several years, including for my masters degree in Pratt institute to my current job in HLW to share experiences, presentations, annotations and collaborations for designs (interior and architectural), in which we are able to share content and participate with many people all over the US who work from their own cities and states in the same projects.

  • Real time adjustments.
  • Availability of larger files and images.
  • Upload pdf.
  • Improve collaboration.
  • Helps remote productivity.
  • Easy to manage for every one accessibility.
I am very satisfied. Miro became my new normal for this collaborative work, especially after the pandemic, since commuting is not always possible, and also in my case when I’m a student and also an employee working with people all around the world, where is not only difficult but impossible to meet.
I would rate Miro for ease of integration with a 10 since it really makes it easier to meet, integrate and collaborate with others, even when they are not too well managed with technology. It’s so accessible and easy to handle and also it keeps all information saved to go back and re-check things.
Miro has impacted both of my organizations: Pratt Institute where I am a student, and HLW where I work. In both cases Miro has impacted and helped so much to improve things and productivity.

It’s kind of different because one is used mostly for modules, courses and content tracking and Miro is a complement to it by sharing assignments, works, etc.
I believe that scenarios for sharing content and presentations are more appropriate. It’s very useful for collaborative work and for meetings presentations. On the other hand, I would say less appropriate scenarios would be to share Miro boards to someone you don’t want to make editable your work (for final presentations or deliverables).
