Cons
- More tempaltes with focus on learning and development course design.
- Integrate Miro canvas onboarding video (so presenter doesn't have to onboard)
- Improved productivity - fast to gain agreement using canvas tools.
- Improve development "Sticky-ness". Move from formal to social learning, allowing the learning to stick.
- Improved innovation. Tool allows us to generate more ideas levering diverse viewpoints.
Miro whiteboard gives our team members the opportunity to raise their voice, when they may not have that capability in in-person or remote audio only meetings. This helps to increase engagement for the team member and helps our organization achieve it's inclusive workplace culture goals.
It gives us a fairly intuitive and easy-to-use tool that enables us to move from discussing challenges to discussing challenges and ideating potential solutions. We can't do this easily in a Zoom call.

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro was much easier to design within that Luma workplace. I also found it much easier to onboard new users to Miro than the Luma canvas.
The LUMA workplace had more training modules to help me understand which design thinking. technique could be used on their white board.
