Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for multiple purposes. It is easy to document product discovery work, retrospective, and product roadmap discussions. Most importantly, it allows live collaboration and brainstorming sessions with teams across the world virtually which is helpful for the popular hybrid working environment nowadays.

Pros

  • Flexibility on layout.
  • Stickies is easy to use.
  • Live sync when multiple people are editing the board.
  • Pre-filled template to help organize sessions.

Cons

  • The copy and paste feature does not allow mouse click.
  • Hard to categorize if you have tons of boards ( feature like folders , labels).
  • Brainstorm collaboration for virtual teams.
I did not integrate with other products.
It provide a blank board with tons of flexibility and freedom to document and collaborate.

It's very handy for online collaboration, and brainstorm. However, it's difficult to present the board as you would need to adjust the zoom in and out to make sure it fits perfectly.
